Build Wealth Through Co-Ownership
A Smarter Way to Invest in Housing
Learn how the Ownify Home Fund delivers returns by co-investing alongside qualified buyers.
Why Invest With Ownify?
How It Works
A model built to deliver investor returns while expanding access to homeownership.
Buyers Are Qualified Upfront
Ownify works with financially stable renters who are ready for homeownership but are blocked by traditional mortgage barriers. These individuals contribute a down payment and commit to monthly payments that steadily build equity. We underwrite their income, credit, and housing readiness — not just their FICO score — to identify buyers who are positioned for long-term success.
The Fund Acquires the Home
Once a buyer is approved, the Ownify Home Fund purchases a single-family home that fits their needs and meets the fund’s return criteria. Homes are underwritten for yield, market strength, and appreciation potential — not speculation. The buyer moves in immediately, creating occupancy and cash flow from day one.
Ownership Shifts Over Time
Each month, the buyer purchases additional equity through structured payments. This creates a consistent stream of income for the fund while gradually shifting ownership to the buyer. When the home is eventually sold or refinanced, investors share in the appreciation. The structure ensures alignment between investor capital and the buyer’s long-term success.
